Desktop extraction

Because the ticketing portals require a real browser session, extraction runs locally on a Windows 10/11 PC. The server only provides the packaged download and stores the uploaded Excel reports.

Download and start

  1. Log in and open Downloads.
  2. Download Opera_analysetool_130.zip and unzip it on the Windows PC.
  3. Run the required EXE file locally. Do not use the browser manually while the extraction is running.

Programs

  • analysetool_eventim.exe - manual login window, then automatic search and export
  • analysetool_ticketmaster.exe - automated login and report export
  • analysetool_reservix.exe - automated login and detail report export
  • analysetool_cookies.exe - optional cookie export helper

After extraction

Each executable writes an Excel file and uploads it to this server. Log in and open Downloads to retrieve files from the last 90 days.

Important

If a ticketing portal changes its layout or login flow, the executable package must be rebuilt from the Python sources and uploaded again.
